31 December 2021, Law on the Establishment of Administrative Law - High Court in some other cities in Indonesia

Law on the Establishment of Administrative Law - High Court (Pengadilan Tinggi Tata Usaha Negara, "PT TUN") in some other cities in Indonesia has been enacted in 31 December 2021; Law Number 10 Year 2021 on the Establishment of Administrative Law - High Court in (cities) Palembang, Banjarmasin, Mataram, Manado, has been constitutional basis to be considered for improving its services to the public.

Formerly, the Administrative Law - High Court / PT TUN have been established in (cities) Jakarta, Medan, Ujung Pandang (Law Number 10 Year 1990), and Surabaya (Law Number 1 Year 1993). 

Its Article 2 stipulates that:

PT TUN Palembang serves / covers the area of 

Province Sumatera Selatan,

Province Jambi,

Province Bengkulu,

Province Lampung,

Province Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.

PT TUN Banjarmasin serves / covers the area of

Province Kalimantan Selatan,

Province Kalimantan Tengah,

Province Kalimantan Timur,

Province Kalimantan Barat,

Province Kalimantan Utara.

PT TUN Mataram serves / covers the area of

Province Bali,

Province Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB),

Province Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).

PT TUN Manado serves / covers the area of

Province Sulawesi Utara,

Province Gorontalo,

Province Maluku,

Province Maluku Utara,

Province Papua,

Province Papua Barat.
